We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Monthly pet rent is $25/pet. For dogs and cats, we require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $250 for a second pet. We do not have a pet deposit. Please reach out to us directly for weight and breed restrictions
